About us

A local office,
not a call centre

On Taunton Avenue in Seekonk, working with people and businesses from New Hampshire to Florida.

Why people come to us

Most people don't need a big firm.

They need someone who will pick up the phone, explain what is actually going on, and get the filing right.

We work with individuals, families and small businesses — the sole trader with a shoebox of receipts, the LLC that has outgrown a spreadsheet, the family that has not filed in four years and does not know where to start. None of that is unusual here, and none of it gets a lecture.

We stay small deliberately. You deal with the person who knows your file, your questions get answered in days rather than weeks, and nothing about your situation has to be re-explained every January.

How we work

Three things we won't compromise on.

01

Accuracy over speed

A return filed fast and wrong costs more than one filed carefully. If your documents do not support a figure, we ask you rather than estimate it — even when that means extending instead of rushing.

02

You should understand your own return

You will be told what changed, what it means and what it saved or cost you, in plain language. Signing something you do not understand is not acceptable, and it is your signature on the form.

03

Your information is not casual

Social Security numbers, bank statements and payroll records go through secure upload — not an email thread, not a text message, not a shared folder.

Who we work with

You're probably a good fit if…

You run the business yourself

Contractors, trades, salons, restaurants, shops and professional services — where the owner is in the work every day and does not also have time to be the bookkeeper.

You're catching up

Several years unfiled, books that stopped being kept, or a letter from the IRS that needs answering. Starting from behind is normal here.

You're just starting out

A new business that needs a structure, an EIN, state registration and books that work from day one — set up right the first time.

Come and talk to us.

The first consultation is free and there is no obligation. Book a time online, call the office, or stop in during opening hours.
